Hello, I installed Office 365 ProPlus successfully and I want to download a language accessory pack for another language and when I try downloading it, it doesn't let me install it. Can you suggest any solutions?

So, I searched the error code (30029-1011) and I found a thread discussing the same problem here: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/16645151-b0fd-4a6a-b045-223201869b38/installing-language-packs-error-code-300291011-0?forum=Office2016setupdeploy. I checked the solutions, the first link was the same one as the one you sent me, and I downloaded the language pack and still I got the same error. Then it pointed out that many ProPlus had the same problem and this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=49117, was addressed as a solution. Finally, when I downloaded this application, the setup won't even launch. I'm sorry for the big post, but I've tried everything, you're my only hope.
