GuangP so what a have to do? i try every methods that i can find until today but nothing works. I think that has the possibilite of the old KMS i had instaled to crack the 2016 version can disturb the actual instalation but i haven't find a program to completely remove this old kms . Any ideia about a program that i can try to clean the computer before the new atempt of a instalation?
