I have already tried running cmd as admin for above two scripts too. Still doesn't work
Please do the following steps:
Step 1. Run command prompt as administrator.
Step 2. Copy and run the command:
cd /d %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16&cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:KHGM9&cscript ospp.vbs /act
Then check activation status again.

Had downloaded ProPlus 2019, installed and ran Retail to Volume - Success
Then ran your KMS.cmd as admin and got below error multiple times until last processing completes.

CrazyVibe Sorry but as I can see from the image you sent, the KMS license was not installed.
GuangP so what a have to do? i try every methods that i can find until today but nothing works. I think that has the possibilite of the old KMS i had instaled to crack the 2016 version can disturb the actual instalation but i haven't find a program to completely remove this old kms . Any ideia about a program that i can try to clean the computer before the new atempt of a instalation?
