Please do the following steps:
Step 1. Run command prompt as administrator.
Step 2. Copy and run the command:

cd /d %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16&cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:KHGM9&cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:2GWQH

If you see error, try this command:

cd /d %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16&cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:KHGM9&cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:2GWQH

Then check activation status again.

GuangP after waiting a few mins and closing the app, i checked it and it is activated now...

but when i try to check it using this
cscript "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
still shows up an error

should i still do this steps?

I use the one for 2016 a few days ago when I installed it on my desktop. Tried to install 2016 on my portable and gave me an error that it couldn't find the servers. So I installed 2019 and gave it a try and have the same issue with the script, it couldn't find the server either. See the attached screenshot of the 2019 script.

Farz Sorry but I have no idea what to do inyour case. It is a rare error code.
