Hi,
Please do the following steps:
Step 1. Run command prompt as administrator.
Step 2. Copy and run the command:

cd %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16&cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:kms8.msguides.com&cscript ospp.vbs /act

Then check activation status again.

mznordin Sorry. I have no idea what to do in your case. It's a rare error code.

it's okay. reinstall win 10 and office 2016, no problem on activation. previous setting must have been messed up.

I have followed the steps and command prompt says its installed correctly but still my office is asking for activation keys

i have uninstall my current version and re-install the office 365 proplus.
I try to run the 1click.cmd and it is giving me the following message

is there a guide somewhere for office 365 proplus?
