Can not activate office 365 proplus

then, the issue like image up here. it says system can't find the path in cmd file.
but my office is truly in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office", BTW,i can't find the file mentioned in cmd file, called
"ospp.vbs".
need help,please.

The reason you're fail activation, from your root picture, more than one copy of Office version install. This the reason fail on activation.

Control panel Uninstall all office program you have.

Restart PC.

Download the above Office 365 Pro Plus zh-CN version from Microsoft.

Then open the image, Inside Office folder, choose X86 or X64 Office version to install.

After Installation, C Drive,put office 365.cmd file inside the Office 365 Pro Plus folder, run click, run with admin right. Done.

Make sure you have uninstalled other Office program first.

After Installation, C Drive,put office 365.cmd file inside the Office 365 Pro Plus folder, right click, run with admin right online. Done.

Use the batch file for Office 2019. It will activate your O2019 and also give you O365 features. When I try O365 batch file, it activates O2019 with O365 features now.
